Leucine, isoleucine, and valine, are the amino acids associated with BCAAs that help us increase muscle growth and delay fatigue, as well as a few other benefits. Isoleucine is used for increasing glucose levels in the cells. Leucine is used to improve muscle protein synthesis. Valine is necessary for protein intake and is crucial for health and growth.

We also need it for cardiovascular function, muscle contraction, proper growth, and healing. We need protein to heal in times of intense training!
Protein shakes can be made with many different powders – milk, whey, soy, plant-based protein, or rice. This means that just about anyone can find a protein powder that works for them. We’re not sure which form The Rock uses, but it’s definitely working for him!
