Jeff Cavaliere is a professional trainer and the creator of Athlean-X. He received his master’s degree in physical therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Physioneurobiology and PreMedicine from the University of Connecticut. The University of Connecticut is one of the top 5 universities in the country for physical therapy and sports medicine. Cavaliere knew what he was doing!
